Thank you all. I actually took his follow up stool sample in this morning which was negative for coccidia finally but has two roundworm eggs. Not sure where that came from since he hasn't had worms before. So we agreed to do a follow-up stool sample in two weeks to see where we are. I spoke with him about all this. He agrees that mareks could be causing all of this and recommended I have him put down and taken for a full necropsy. He also agreed that it sounds like he's not to the point where he needs to be put down since he's still active and eating well and trying to breed. So I'll continue to work on his immune system and go from there. It doesn't sound like a good outcome though.
