I'm thinking Marek's.
I 100% believe he has mareks for sure. Will it cause his feathers to fall out though? I have been searching everywhere online and can't find any info on it. I have a feeling that is the reason too but can't find anyone with this.

No two birds will have all the exact same symptoms.
Im sorry I can't point you to another person who had feather loss like this but with his skin blister like stuff Marek's is easy to blame.

Thank you! I'm going to work on boosting his immunity for now. If this fails I will have to put him down. I don't feel he is that bad yet but he isn't too far off either.

My sulfur is coming today. Is it ok to put this on after I used Sevin three days ago? The Sevin is still on him. He is still losing feathers. I want to make sure it won't irritate him adding sulfur.
there are people who use sulfur with insecticides, so I would say yes

I don't use sevin, I try to stay organic

Please let me know what you all think. I'm so desperate for answers.

I understand that you are desperate for answers :hugs

I agree with @Texas Kiki I feel like most of his problems is related to Marek's as well.
Marek's presents in so many ways and it weakens birds where other conditions/diseases can take hold.
More than one form can be present, so I do think that the feather loss is likely related to the skin lesions. I could be totally wrong, I'm not a vet.

Thank you all. I actually took his follow up stool sample in this morning which was negative for coccidia finally but has two roundworm eggs. Not sure where that came from since he hasn't had worms before. So we agreed to do a follow-up stool sample in two weeks to see where we are. I spoke with him about all this. He agrees that mareks could be causing all of this and recommended I have him put down and taken for a full necropsy. He also agreed that it sounds like he's not to the point where he needs to be put down since he's still active and eating well and trying to breed. So I'll continue to work on his immune system and go from there. It doesn't sound like a good outcome though.
