Need help resetting rcom 3 mini incubator

Hello all,

I have used my Rcom 3 mini incubator previously with mixed success. I have received some beautiful bantom girls that are currently laying fertile eggs. I have followed the instructions from all the websites which state press select and ok together for 3 and 5 seconds which will trigger a reset and a beep beep noise.

For the last two days I have tried with no joy. I can get it to display AU 22, but it will not reset and is still counting down for another 11 days.

Any hints or tips would be appreciated.
