Maybe they were typing on a phone. It seems like I've seen that before and it was because of a cell phone. Cell phones are eviiiiiiil!

noticed that one too when i first joined, i asked same question.
when someone is not quoting and typing in all caps, text gets converted into caps first letter and lowercase for every word.
pretty neat software used in this forum to avoid 'shouting'.

I recently bought the neighbor behind us a 12 pack, bottles, brought it by, told them to holler at me before they holler'd at me. I think we are good.
