Uggh! Went through the same thing last year with our first four goslings at around that age. Others may have more expert advice, but there were a few things that I tried that helped a little... 1) We tried to get them outside on grass more. They were so anxious to graze that they seemed to (mostly) forget about harassing eachother. 2) We tried to spend more time sitting with them and would police the plucking. 3) When all else failed, I used a baby/puppy gate to separate their pen into sections and would isolate the naughtiest for a day or two. It was SOO frustrating to say the least!
