Need help with malpositioned pigeon chick!!

@Chickencountryuk well they were at first, but there was a tagged bird that appeared(called him taggo lol) and he would come up and eat out my hand and i think that encouraged the others!
@biophiliac i think ill look into that, never gave it much thought but would be handy if he got lost!

I bet you could catch them and start a flock of your own. Im sure @Chickencountryuk and @biophiliac could give you suggestions on how and what to do with them once you have them...:oops:
 
Haha i dont think the others would be too happy about me trying to catch them! They all hang about my garden anyway so its kinda like my wee flock :) taggo hung around mine for a couple weeks and i fed him to build up his strength so hopefully he would fly home but ive not seen him in a while :hmm hope he has not been killed and has hopefully found home! Yes i read that story, it was lovely! I would love to start rescuing pigeons around town centres etc as they always look terrible with lost toes and legs due to things caught around them :(

I bet you could do it.. and once they healed you could release them and I bet they'd stick around ...:D
