Need Help with Star This is her Poop

Well she had droppings that looked like that yesterday and this morning, pasty white steaked with pale yellow, and I'm worried about that peritonitis, does that require a vet or could I treat her myself? With antibiotic injections or tablets or water medicated of course.

I honestly suspect she either has some sort of infection in her gut(worms) or reproductive tract, (peritonitis), but her symptoms came on rather suddenly just a few days ago, she never seen sick before, I've never seen worms on anyone, but I did put DE in the feed for the rest of the flock today just in case!

What's up with these red blotches on her skin? Any idea? I guess it could be internal bleeding or broken vessels under the skin from the swelling inside? I don't think the warm baths would have caused that.

That picture is of a chunk that came out in her poo, I can't tell if its a chunk of worms, digested food or what
