Need help!!

Hey guys new to this site I currently have 5, 4 week old chicks 3 days ago I found one of the girl laying on her side in the cage I grabbed her immediately cleaned out the cage and moved the others to a new cage. The chick that was on her side is unable to walk and has her 1 leg stretched out and the other is off to the side she shows no signs of mereks and she's still eating and drinking and flapping around. Does anyone have any ideas Oh and I started her on vitamin supplements

I would add supplements for all, if one is deficient than others could be as well. Hope she is now recovering with the vit b supplements.

She's on vitamins started the other chicks on it to all the others are doing great today is day 5 and she still isn't walking but she eats if I lay her beside the chick pen
