Well, we are officially in lockdown this am. Out of 63 eggs, 43 made it to lockdown. The other 20 were either clear or early quitters. Here we go! How exciting!

I have a small amount of eggs. Just 3 Khaki Campbells for me. This is my first time owning, incubating and hatching ducks. I've never even had or hatched chickens. VERY new to this. My first duck internally pipped late yesterday night/early morning. Still no external pipping from him. My other one internally pipped this morning. My 3rd egg I believe is a Muscovy duck said to be Khaki. He is still growing and is only occupying about 2/3 of his egg.

How is everyone NOT opening up their incubator? This is first day of lockdown and it is killing me. I feel like the first egg mentioned should be externally pipped by now and it's making me nervous. They are not due until the 28th. But like I said he pipped about 30+ hours ago....

I'm glad I found this thread. It's good to have people on the same page as me!

Day 19 and I have 3 pips!!

They are slow!! One pipped last night and still has only made a small hole.

19 out of 50 eggs (lets call it that since 5 were cracked during shipping) made it to lockdown. Here's hoping that all 19 hatch!!! T-minus 3 days and counting!
