Need some info

Hi I'm new to all this stuff and need some tips on things I'm not sure about. This is my first day incubating quail eggs. One has hatched about 4 hrs ago and is crying from inside the incubator, what do I do? And for my heat source I'm useing a glass heated bulb which is 50 wt and tinted purple. Is that ok for baby quails??
