Need some info

[A silver laced dad]

So I bought 4 polish pullets 1 gold and 3 silver. Then pullets are about 3 weeks old and 1 of the silvers is about 3 times the size of the others. Why is that?

It's possible some are bantam and the other isn't. Or maybe one is a cockerel.

Most likely a cockeral but 3 times is a lot - maybe they sent you a booboo and it is a different breed! Agree pics would be good

All of them are polish but seeing nothing that shows one 3X bigger.
Have pics of it next to one of the others?

Oh gosh the bearded Polish are so cute!

Looks like it is going to be a cockerel to me... BUT it could be simply different genetics expressing themselves... even from the same parent, siblings will have differences.

Most logical guess would be that you have a mix of bantam and large fowl. At this age a cockerel should not be 3X the size of the others.
