I am not aware of any of that. Not trying to be that neighbor tattling, but when its effecting my sleep and illegal, then I have every right in my opinion to at least say something whether to the owner or code enforcement. We dont live in a rural farm area, we live in a place with 1000 houses

Well, I already politely asked her if there was anything she can do. I will give it a couple of days. She is doing something illegal.. I am not sure how far she would want to take this.

I used to live in the city and we had neighbors that had chickens and code enforcement constantly took one or two but they still had the same things going on when I moved 10 years later. Now I live in the sticks and am a crazy chicken person lol. So just telling you what I have seen.
