Is this to say a ferral cat should suffer this fate? There are reasons that county and state laws do not include cats. They are far more difficult to control than dogs.
I have 3 or 4 ferral cats that I feed but cannot control or confine them without trapping. I have trapped 3 females and had them spayed and released. They have yet to bother my grown chickens but I know would kill chicks if they could.
