Yeah I used to hate it (or think I did LOL) but then I gave it another chance back in like… March maybe? And have been journaling like crazy ever since. Pretty much every day except sometimes I skip a day or few in a row. But not usually. Usually it’s MULTIPLE entries in one day.I love to journal, I have to get back into being consistent with it though.
but yeah. I used to do these thought and mood log things with my last therapist which were cool and all and I did like those better than regular journaling at the time but now I love regular journaling. LOL
