Nevadans?

Yeah, my ducks hiss at Mille all of the time. The drakes are extremely dominate when it comes to their hens. No one is allowed to get near them. I've never seen anything like it before. Bella is tempting them right now. She's seeing how far she can go with them before they chase her away. She's able to tell Justin to lay off of her and he backs down. I really don't get it.

Well I got to see Julie at the swap today, which was great. i also brought home one of her beautiful Dutch roosters. I know I didn't need another one, but he looks a lot like the Roo Ty had as a kid. He loved him so much. i also picked up 5 new pullets, 4 ameracaunas, and a white leghorn.  We kind of need more girls. My count was 9 roo's to 25 hens. I think I will have to thin out some of my EE roo's eventually, but they're all so beautifull, and no one is fighting yet.

Was great to see you too!! So glad u like the Roo. He needed a new home!

I will let everyone know when the next swap is as soon as we pick dates.....

Does anyone have any older hens they would like to rehome? Not too concerned with egg production but our rooster seems confused all by his lonesome waiting for the pullets to be ready for the coop

Tyler was trying to rehome some earlier and there is always criagslist.

Tyler pm me with pic and i'll pic my favorites and answer question and my baby just grew into the acward phase

I have 8-9 hens I'm trying to get rid of. Free I'm in Fernley though.

If anyone has any to rehome we can pick them up today. And I can go to fernley to get them gaited horse

We just brought home a new hen and our roo charged her with his wings out and low and looked like he was trying to kick her or jump on her. I'm assuming this is normal establishing dominance kinda thing but when should I worry

I wouldn't worry unless he hurts her. Just keep an eye on him. Sounds like he's young? Or just so excited to have a hen that he was having a little trouble balancing (kick starting)? If she has a large red comb, sometimes a young rooster can mistake a hen for a rooster, but usually this doesn't last long as she doesn't respond like a rooster would. Hopefully, he's not holding her while he tries to spur her.

Can somebody please help me? I don't know how many times I have deleted "threads" from My Profile page. It never stays deleted. On my subscription list, it says I have 17 subscriptions, which is what it should be but on my profile I have threads that I have contributed to ever since I became a "member."

Can anybody tell me how to get rid of all this excess baggage so I only have a short list of threads to go through to see if there are updates?

I appreciate y'all experience.
