I'm feeling competitive today for some reason. Like... my quarter-and-egg picture is cooler than your quarter-and-egg picture. Or something. Really, I think I just crave attention.

Do you have a food mill? Applesauce is one of the easiest things for me to can, but ONLY with my food mill. Cut apples into 2" pieces, cook cores and all, pass through food mill. Huge difference.

The most work I ever did for canning was 25 hours vine-to-jar for grape jelly. This year, I gave all those seedy grapes to Sheryl and two other friends, and let them deal with it.

Ah hey everyOne! It's been an interesting couple of days round here.


I went wedding dress shopping all weekend. Finally picked one that I loved, yet still had a full on anxiety attack in bed last night while thinking about the MAJOR commitment I just made. LOL! God that whole process was just the worst thing I've ever done. Glad it's over! Now onto more important wedding deets... Like painting all the lawn flamingos glitter gold!
