Hi there, We just moved from Carson to Mound House. I'm loving it out here, our dogs love it and our new chickens are gonna love it too!

Hello all - I live in Las Vegas (our property is county in the middle of city) and i have a small flock- 2 polish, 2 Jersey Giants, 3 astrolorps, 1 egger, 1 bantam, 2 Rhode Island reds and 2 Barred Rocks) and one of my Barred is a roo. Hello everyone! I'm in Caliente, NV and I'm very new to backyard chickens! So far I have 2 chickens and I hope to have 2 more very soon! I'm in the southeast area of Nevada in a small rural town. I have a white leghorn and a black rescue hen. I hope to learn a lot from my fellow Nevadans!!

Hi Jennerz! I no longer live in Reno but I know a lot of active chicken folk are still in the area. This thread hasn't been active for awhile but hopefully you can get a response from someone in your area. Good luck!

Hey Jennrz I am in Northern Nevada .... Sun valley north of Reno to be precise and I just actually got my first group of babies today. I know there are alot of chicken folks but not sure how many are on this forum as the ones I have met don't seem to know about it. But I am here and hoping to keep active maybe we can reactivate this thread together
