It was great to meet you today. Looks like they aren't having any trouble settling in - worn out from the ride home. I went over Geiger and through Virginia City.

Thank you Ron! I enjoyed meeting you too although you did throw me when I saw you weren't missing an arm! I was still going by the comment you made when we thought we might see you at the Reno chicken swap. Glad your injury is all healed up.
Love that drive through Virginia City! Beautiful scenery. So glad the babies are settled in already. They look so cute in their new little brooder! Sorry for the huge box. I just grabbed the box they were already in. Didn't bother to tape up a new one. We need to get together for a chicken swap at some time. Maybe we could have one for us Northern folks this summer? Although I sure wish we could meet everyone.

ke_ben those dark marans' eggs have got me drooling!!!

They are gorgeous! So now that I finally gave in and got a marans boy of my own, you will finally have chicks available.
