Nevadans?

Polish, sultans, and a Cochin. I'm really happy with the ones I have left except for the sultans that might be Roos

GUYS. GUYS!!! 8x10 rubbermaif shed on CL for 40 bucks! I called the guy already and he said it has no leaks and is easy to take apart! I figure if I go that route I can definitely soup it up for a good price and make a great chicken fort knoxx. What do you think???

Yeah we got it! The guy was really nice. He says he has a lot of land and farm equipment but he has to move and just needs to get rid of it all. My lucky break! The heavens have parted!

Absoutely! A window... Some ventilation... Some insulation... Perches... Feed hangers...pop door...I feel like this thing just save us a crap ton of money. It's like an exoskeleton! The best thing is that since it's plastic I can do fiberglass windows instead of dealing with glass. That makes me happy because I would love for the girls to get their sunshine bright and early

Man! I wish I'd been on here a week earlier...I'd have loved to have stuck a few eggs in. In fact, my dad and I had been talking about getting a hold of you about hatching out some mutts of ours before I get rid of the two boys I let grow out this summer. Oh, well! Now I'll have to be satisfied with helping you get rid of your extras.

I'd love to have some Wheaten Marans and I may know a few other folks who'd like some too...and not just only the girls. I have some friends I get eggs from when mine go broody and I am unashamedly stacking the deck as to what kind of mixes I'd like to hatch out from them. I helped them get a BlueCM roo from ke_ben and now their BO roo has passed I think they'll be in the market for another boy.

I'd be glad to pass along the surplus... I'm just in it for only three French hens. And if someone wants to take the boy-boys off my hands too, well, YAHHHHH!

It saves me from doing deeds. Any interest in the Salmon Faverolles? (Now, here I am truly counting my chickens before they hatch....)

Absolutely, we'll see what you end up with! I can definitely find takers for girl chickies although I'll personally only want 2-3 tops. It' s sooo hard not to count them before they hatch! Each little egg seems so full of promise! I know what you mean about the boys. I prefer to "deed" the boys asaik (as soon as I know) so that I don't get attached or have to pay for all that feed for nothing. So it's great you can tell w/in a few weeks of hatching. I'm hoping that will help me convince my friends to take a boy too. If they know for sure they have x amount of females then just 1 male doesn't seem so bad. Right?!?
