I see it's not a busy day today on here. I'm just surfing away on here reading all the new posts that look good to read. I hope all is good with everyone.

That's what I'm doing. Checking the boards before picking up my daughter from school.
The only exciting thing going on here... I got some new shoes for Christmas. They're Converse All-Stars with bright orange laces. I can't wear them outside because the chickens untie the laces and trip me. I end up running away from them because they won't leave my shoes alone, and walking isn't fast enough to avoid a chicken. I already have to watch out when I go out with things in my hands, because Original assumes they're treats for her, and she jumps up and grabs them from me.
That's about it. I guess if it's so quiet, everyone's doing well, I hope.
That's a hilarious story! I have a mental picture of chickens attacking bright orange shoe laces now. Hahaha Diving at them and giving them a peck and grab like they would do to worms. You ought to film that and put it on You Tube.
Nothing exciting going on here. I'm just popping on real quick to check e-mail.
I wear flip flops with red socks that has toes in them. Martha is the only one who pecks at the socks while everyone else just keep running around being chickens.
Martha is still in jail at night and runs around the backyard all by her little self. She is so clueless to being in time out, you would think she's at a beach resort or something. I mean she just goes around all over the yard looking for stuff while everyone else is in the enclosure area running around looking for stuff.
I know I'm old and slow but seriously, how much time do people put in a day on here? My eyes just
out of my head when I saw this:

Did you see her recent post about "Why did my chickens die from starvation?" (Gee, I dunno. Maybe she couldn't get off the computer to feed 'em.)
JUST KIDDING!!!!! She's probably some speed typist or something... And I'm envious she has that much free time to post SO MANY posts per month! Me, I hit the computer when I can....but sometimes Life gets in the way.
Chicken fever is spreading. My daughter is sitting beside me with the Meyer Hatchery catalog and discussing which chicks we're ordering this spring. She's paying special attention to production and cold hardiness. Oh yeah... she's 10 years old.
