Ok Sunny, you want it in a PM then? I went to the breeder page and I didn't see a way to edit so I'll get all that info to you later. Right now I have to run into town.

BDM, I love the Polish on your avie!
Yeah I need it in a pm. For some reason when I try to copy from a thread it is highlighted when I paste it and I can't figure out how to get rid of the highlighting. :/Ok Sunny, you want it in a PM then? Hopefully there's more folks wanting to add Breeder info. Here's the format for the Breeder page... just copy into a PM to me then insert your info instead. Kim did it and it worked perfectly. Hope this helps.

Yeah it works when you reply. What you typed back tells me you are on a smaller screen. The text will wrap like that in that case. I tried to use a table so that everything would line up but it doesn't work at all!Sunny, it's all mumbo jumbo for me....does this line up in the reply?
This is how it looks to me:

Well, I was on my laptop but its a 17" big laptop. I did type directly into yours so I wouldn't have to change fonts and it would be where you need it, but I wasn't clear on what's being asked and some spots seemed to be the same information since it wasn't lining up it was confusing. Not sure why the table wasn't working for you. It adjusts as you type in the box....but it could be we're working on different OS and browsers so we're both seeing something different on our screens. I'll try copying and pasting somewhere that it lines up so I'm clear on what information goes where, thanks for doing this, sorry to be a pain!Yeah it works when you reply. If you type your info into the middle of the text that is there and then erase the original text once you are finished then it will translate to me just fine. I wish I knew how to fix this permanently since a lot of folks access BYC via their phones these days. It's very frustrating! Here are detailed instructions I added to the CA thread cause someone pmed me about this.
Highlight the text by clicking and dragging over it. Then you hit Ctrl+C. Once you have a pm opened to me you can click in the box and hit Ctrl+V (hold down the control button while you hit the letter "c" or "v"). I remember these shortcuts cause "C" stands for copy and "V" for vomit. hahaha Gross but I've never forgotten it!
You need to enter each piece of info separately before you erase what I have there or you may lose the formatting. Enter it in the middle of my text to be sure it will format correctly. Then erase the extra text. Once you have one breed in there just copy and paste the whole thing so you don't have to enter all your personal info again for each breed. Just change the breed, varieties and notes if needed.
We'll use this method til we figure out how to do it differently. Thanks.
It may not look the same if your screen is a lot wider or smaller than mine but type it in where it shows up anyway. I tried to use the table option to avoid this problem but that was a disaster. The options for table formatting are too limited to make this option work.![]()
