I had alligator sauce picante (a sort of Cajun chili - SparksNV will probably kill me for saying that
) once in Baton Rouge - it was excellent! The only times I've had goat was in Indian goat curry, which I also thought was great. I would probably try guinea pig - I consider myself kind of adventurous when it comes to food. Though I do draw the line at certin things like escargot.
You could fry just about anything in garlic and butter and it would taste good, but that doesn't mean I'm going to try it.
