I can relate actually to getting rid of the roos. It has been a lot quieter around here without 16 roos in the coop! I am replacing them with way more than I got rid of though.

Not sure if anyone seen this yet this morning but we are starting to move forward with the backyard gardens & chickens and being able to sell our products. It's not in the city limits yet but give it time and it should be.
