Getting close to my my dinner break what does everyone suggest?I'm trying to gain so protein is big. I was thinking fried chicken earlier then I remembered the nothing fried. Maybe a side of baked beans but what else?
Protein = meats, cheeses, pinto beans, brown rice, quinoa, tofu and other soy products, eggs, nuts, legumes. Be sure to balance protein with fiber (beans, grains, any fruits/vegetables) to keep your digestive system running right. Also, be sure to keep enough glucose/fructose in your diet to keep you from craving the bad stuff. That's in fruits and root vegetables, beans/legumes, and grains.
