just skimmed over the edit. I would say Luna is a light Brahma or a cross of a light brahma and something if she has no feathers on her legs. can't see in the pictures. the darker chicks are likely from your red hen, I don't recognize the other 2 chickens breeds.

I would still put the food in a dish, that way you know if they have any.

I'm not sure about your local bi-laws it might be something to check into and see if you can even own chickens where you are.

Broody hormones are catchy, which is why the other hen would try to steal her eggs.

I wouldn't put the rooster and other hen in with momma and babies. they are likely to attack the babies, especially if you put them in a small space together.
