I would think if you’re going to give any extra treat type stuff, just egg would be good. I think chickens have trouble digesting dairy products. I don’t like to give extra treat like stuff until they are going outside and find their own things. Can I give him yogurt?
Ok I was just wondering his is the most spoiled chick I've ever had. Hes still doing good I tried to put him with the others last night but, they pecked his shoes so I put him back in the chair. The power did not go outI would think if you’re going to give any extra treat type stuff, just egg would be good. I think chickens have trouble digesting dairy products. I think you may need to tape the toes flatter. A piece of tape on the bottom with the toes straightened out and then a piece on top. As someone earlier posted a photo of what it should look like, because the toes should be straight within a few days. They grow really fast. There will be no update Saturday on Sock theres a chance I might be able to give an update on Sunday though. Sock is still doing good the toes are still curled but, shes getting there. I gave him some egg but, he favored the chick food. Shes eating medicated chick starter/grower crumbles Country Road brand.
He is walking better he got some new shoes today.I think you may need to tape the toes flatter. A piece of tape on the bottom with the toes straightened out and then a piece on top. That’s great! As long as his toes are flattened out, they should be be better in a couple of days because they grow so much every day.He is walking better he got some new shoes today.
