the playing has started haha. s/he is getting better at perching and likes to climb the ladder (I gave her a ladder to learn how to get onto her perch) and gets upset if i ask her to step up before she gets onto her perch to be picked up XD she also gets upset when I try to put her back in her cage on her perch(she wants to be placed on the floor of the cage next her stuffed elephant to cuddle with it haha)

Great job catching it though!! I don't want to scare you but my first bird died a a bacterial infection. Kana......

My current bird Cora easily survived her's though, and since it sounds like you caught it early I think you'll be fine!

s/he was able to come home yesterday and is doing great she has to take meds twice a day for the next week but so far s/he is making a full recovery

That's great! Cora just recently came off of her meds, so I know how that is. NOT FUN!
