A Buff Brahma! Love it! That's one of the first ones I'm going to get if/when my hubby gives me the green light for chickens. I, unfortunately, wasn't able to keep any of this last hatch. It was literally heart breaking! Good news is my friend is going to keep all of the hens, so we can visit them.

So glad your friend is going to keep them so you can watch them grow up. The pics are so sweet!

Tomorrow is my due date, and I just heard chirping in my incubator!!! I am sooooo excited! I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight...

I hope you woke up to precious little chicks in the bator.

Isn't the peeping from the eggs something. I think when some chicks have hatched they must be peeping to encourage the others to hurry up and join them. I couldn't keep my nose off the bator window while mine were hatching.

I dreamed last night that I took my chicks with me to Charleston. We got lost and I ended up losing them! After being distraught and looking everywhere for them I thought well now I will have to incubate more! Obviously the incubate bug has me in its grips!! I too hope you woke to some action!!! I love cheeping eggs!!

My first little peep didn't hatch until 1:30 this afternoon! It was a long night and day. I am up to THREE hatched now, with 19 more pipped!!

....I just love when they pip and peep! 20 more days and I get to experience it again! With all different types of chicks then ever before! So excited for babie silkies!

waiting rather grumply for my 14 chucker eggs to do something.

They are sapose to hatch tammrow or monday but they still havent done any peeping pipping or wiggleing
Does anyone know anything about hatching chuckers do they wait till the last minute or anythin
