New BO chicks

I am picking up 3 BO chicks that are 3 weeks old (they are fully feathered... so is that a correct age??) and I was wondering what to feed them. I am new to chickens and have some older hens and some that are 6-10 weeks old that I feed a Layena crumble to. Can I feed the same to the new chickens? Thanks!

I bet they are at least 6 weeks or so.

Fully feathered, I would say they are at least 5-6 weeks old. I feed chick starter until at least 12 weeks.

Thanks! Then maybe my 6-10 wk old are really much older! I have had them for 4 weeks and they came fully feathered. They are almost the same size as the year old hens but not as hefty.

Layer feed should not be given to pullets under 18 weeks old UNLESS they have started to lay (early).
