I am waiting to hear of the absolute cure for this bug..then I will take it to the experts to uninstall and install..the last time I did that i changed things around so i have to access internet differently now. Even what sounds simple to some is not for me, because I can no longer flag or bookmark because I turned that function off. Great.

Wow, great discussion!

I just got a note from the engineers that there are still some bugs they are fixing, for example: The fallbawithout Flash ck system for people is having some problems and will hopefully be fixed soon.

Thanks to everyone as we work through some of these issues. Our team and our engineers are very sorry this last release was so buggy and they are working VERY hard to make sure future releases go smoother.

What about if you have internet explorer?

Yes you are. I know it has cut me out of participation. Now, laugh at this, when I followed the steps to find out if I'm using the latest flash thing, it was great, even so easy to find the corresponding system, and the comparison to see was two sets of numbers..how am I supposed to know what those numbers mean? Larger number is more updated system? Smaller number least updated? The teckno steps always take you just so far, then leave out that one little bit of info, or change what they call it ever so slightly so what you look for is not exactly the same thing...and my backspace doesn't work now either, has to go one click at a time, can't hold it down and still work! I have to laugh about it really.

How would I install Google Chrome thats the problem. I know nothing about computers. Well if the engineers are fixing it maybe I don't need Google Chrome?

I am sorry to hear about your problems Achickenwrangler#1 that is my worst nightmare to be trying to change things and have other things go wrong.

It says Chrome Browser-internet explorer Would I have both? Do I delete one?


So,,,it says it will take more than 3 hours to install. If I do do this am I assured it won't wreck my computer?

Chrome is made by Google and Internet Explorer is made by Microsoft, so they are completely and totally different programs.

You may already have both programs on your computer. While it's impossible to guarantee that nothing will go wrong installing new software, especially without knowing all of your hardware and software intricacies, there is usually very little concern about installing a browser... especially since you can usually then uninstall it if you don't like it.

The new image uploader works fine for me on OS X and Firefox. The resizing function is particularly helpful.

I don't use the social media function.

Diverting the subject a tad, the spell checker irritates me. It blocks my own spell checker which is modified for British English spelling and I'd rather use the latter.
