Hi,
I’m Jane. We just moved on to a 3 acre farm and I’m so excited to get some chickens as pets and bug eaters! My plan is to use a small horse stall as their coop and attach a hoop run to the back door. I’m going to use tight hardware cloth with an apron around it. Here in Hawaii, the main predators are mongoose and they can squeeze through really tight holes, so the hardware cloth is a must. I’m going to try and find a hoop run tutorial on the site.
