New chickens sick don't want to spread to my flock

Hi all sorry took me awhile to fine the group again anyway so I lost the really sick chicken but on the up side the other 2 are bug free and fattening up growing new feathers and becoming very friendly lots of love now but I'm having trouble with the other three I have they just won't let them become apart of the flock is there something I can do I've tried locking up the bully but hasn't stopped I have to feed them seperate and put them in seperate cages as the others push them out , also I woke up to ducklings 6 of but I lost 2 before lock up last night dead and looked squashed, and another over night this happened same duck once before it's like she gets sick of them and just stops caring but won't let me touch them but won't look after them properly either but only after 2 weeks any ideas what's going on I though genetics but I took 2 last time and they are alive and well so can't be that any ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks heaps!.

Sorry about losing the sick hen, but glad the others are well. I would make a divider in the coup for a short time so they can see each other, but not peck. I have used temporary plastic net fencing and used zip ties after cutting a door into it for refilling feeding. It helps for all to be same size when put together. Sorry about the ducks.

And now I'm down to 2 baby's left what the hell is going on this one not flattened locked away from all other ducks just incase it was a male necking them but no has to be mum killing them but why after 2weeks is this normal? Someone help please lol
