I just love the Quaker style coops. I scaled out plans and drafted out trusses for this one. My plans are for an 8x12 version with about 1/3 being for brooding and storage since I have electric very close by.

thanks everyone I think I will try and install a roost I guess they thought they would just roost ontop of that but I am not sure ? HMMM I can run electric from the shed next door. I let them out because they were freaking out and they all went and layed eggs in the old coop :| what ever its hard to break a chickens habit.
