New duck food.. Is it healthy?

Hello!
I usually buy Fancy Feed Water Fowl pellets for my ducks. They didn't have any today so I bought Duck and Goose food by Johnston and Jeff.

Here is the list of ingredients:

Flaked Wheat
Flaked Maize
Flaked Peas
Cut Maize
Red Dari Maize
Wheat Crushed Oats
Flaked Barley

Do these ingredients sound healthy for a duck? I thought they were not meant to eat much wheat?

These are the ingredients in the other one I was using:
Wheat, Wheatfeed, Extracted Soya Bean Meal, Grassmeal, Soya Oil, Dicalcium Phosphate, Vitamins & Minerals, Calcium Carbonate, Biomos

and Sel-Plex

They are not supposed to eat bread, the wheat is supposed to fatten them I believe.

no bread has sugars in it that can cause the liver to fatten and begin to fail

But bread is made up of wheat so will this food by bad for them??

The wheat is not what makes bread unhealthy for them.

Only had ducks once, they ate chicken food.(scratch) they went in to the pool and I sold them
