New duckling! Help?

Also I’m 98% sure sunni is a boy. At this age he should have been quacking a long time ago but he’s still peeping so I’m gonna put my money on boy!

Honestly my favorite ducks are my boys. My black swedish duck is my lover. He nibbles me when I sit with them. When the others try to come and investigate he gives them the look.

@CayugaJana Well I hope Sunni doesn't grow out of his momma's boy phase lol he seems to try to ignore me the last couple days but I always end up bugging him and giving him lots of kisses

@CayugaJana i usually just pick leaves off the ground and dangle them like they’re treats and he’ll come to try and eat it because he is not that smart honestly. Easy way to get him though lol though I do give him his fair share of treats. He gets oats and peas and kale and pumpkin he’s one spoiled brat!

Hey guys I just picked up sunni from outside and he’s like salivating a ton??? He shook it all over me so now I’m covered in duck saliva but I’ve never seen a duck salivate like that is he ok?

Yes he is fine. Make sure he has water.
