This pulls directly from images uploaded to threads in a handful of sections of the site (and not the "gallery" images).

I'm a little worried that it might be slowing down the loading of the forum index. If people are feeling like it is, then I'll need to remove it until we can figure out a way to optimize it better.

Right! I've limited it so it's not pulling from "meat" or "emergencies" sections, which are more likely to have stuff peeps may not want to see.
