Random piCS is just what it says, RANDOM PICS. IF YOU POSTED PICTURES INTO POSTINGS, THEY MAY POP UP IN THE RANDOM PICS.
I posted quite a few pictures over the years, and when I scan thru the RANDOM PICTURES I find some that I posted.
Hope this explains things.

You can't post directly on the random pics page, but if you share your pictures on other threads, they might get picked and put on the page. That's what makes it random!
