New From Seattle burb of Kent

Hello All!
My wife, two daughters and I have enter this fun new world...who knew it was a trend?? We have a lil flock of 6 pullets... 3 Australorps and 3 Buff Orpingtons. Building a fantastic hen house and coop 12'x8'x8' with the hen house 4'x8'x6'. This site has been a blessing as we start this journey.... our gals are all 2 weeks old now and fairing very well..we have (Buffs) Daisy, Sunny, Cedar (Australorps)Shadow, Violette, Sparkles all in a brooding box I built..in the living room free of drafts and rain(seattle ya know)
