My bator was full also and I lost all but about a dozen that were iffy, but I put them into lockdown anyway. Some were due friday and saturday and the rest are due today and nothiny yet. I will give them another day or two but it doesn't look hopefull right now. So I went and got all Janets eggs and filled it up again.

Power went out here, but giving the fact that our other poultry leave their nests for hours on end and still hatch out babies, you should be fine. Out bator went from 99.4 and dropped to 66.9, we're banking on everything being ok.
My power went out for 3 1/2 days and I had 2 full incubators. Amazingly, after about the same temp. as you, maybe a little lower I have 11 EE eggs still thriving, 2 Speckled Sussex & 1 Dominques...all alive and developing! Of course I lost all the rest, including 6 Blue Langshans 2/3 days from hatching
But still, I thought it was a miracle that they survived at all!
