Here are the address for the agways

Hi Greg, nice job on the list! Now if the dates would hurry and get here! I am soooo sick of cold and wet and white! LOL
Just one question??? Are dodges Agway and Osborns Agway the same place??? That is how I am reading it, but I thought Dodges is in Salem or is that another Feed place? I am confused, but then again, it don't take much! hahaha

sorry fixed it its Osbornes not Dodges

Hi Abby

We bought here mostly for the barn and the detached 2 car garage. The trailer itself is not so great but the roof is good and the furnace works (most of the time) so it's livable. We needed a house where I could keep my show rabbits and my horse and this place is what we could afford. Funny enough I no longer have the rabbits or the horse

But for chickens it's pretty good too.

Power went out here, but giving the fact that our other poultry leave their nests for hours on end and still hatch out babies, you should be fine. Out bator went from 99.4 and dropped to 66.9, we're banking on everything being ok.

I decided to jump on the hatching band wagon

These will be chicks for selling at the Townsend Chickenstock.

I will be setting 17 eggs tonight in my bator. Looks like maybe 10 pure Wyandotte eggs though a few could be BR eggs since they have the same color as the Wyandotte eggs. I think one egg is from my sexlinks not sure whether it's from the black or golden comets. The rest are Wyandotte/EE crosses so they will have a 50% chance of laying a green egg (provided they are pullets of course

).

My Wyandotte roos are a SL and a BLR and the hens are SL, GL, BLR, and Columbian. So it's a mixed bag as to what colors I'll get. I like surprises though so it should be fun to hatch this bunch! I just hope that my roos are doing their jobs since my hens have surely been slacking!

Power JUST came back on here. Been out going on two days.

I have 50+ eggs on the counter that were supposed to be set last night

I also have 25 chickies in the brooder - they did not like the dark!! I had to keep switching out flashlights to keep the light on them.

Good thing we have a wood boiler tough - we still had heat. That was the good thing

i just had 2 chicks hatch this morning. one is a bantam black orpington from ChickenZoo (here's crossing my fingers for the other 6 to hatch too!) and the other chick is a bantam wcb polish crossed with a cochin! i have 2 more pips, 1 bantam black cochin, the other a bantam wyandotte crossed with my cochin.

does anyone have bantam BLR wyandottes? i'm hoping to either get a few pullets as chicks or started.

or some are fine, we lost power for 3 days last year in the below temps, and i hatch 2 out 6 eggs. and taht no haet nothing for 3 days.

Yippee! I could not resist the urge to canlde this morning and saw some swimmers! Now I have to decide if I take the whole bator back home, (about a 5 minute ride) because she definitly doesnt want them hatching at her place! LOL....One thing having the mess contained to a shell, another having it live and loud! LOL

Who has chickens from me? The ones that i sold eggs from my Black minorca bantam and red cochin bantam?

I am looking to buy a couple of hens of them, PLEASE.
