He was a jerk too bad cause he was lovely

Wow... If they want to get rid of him. I would take him jerk or not...He would never have to leave a show cage, I would bring hens to him, bathe him, oil him, trim him, massage him. I would pamper him like the royalty he is...

I am very impressed with him....can you tell?

lol, do you have pics of the birds that parented the chicks you are hatching?? was he possibly the father to some of them? any other pictures of the hens?

I will try to get some, but it is hard to know now as I have turned open the doors of the breeding pens and everyone is free ranging..

the rooster will look winter trimmed and has a bad eye from a rooster fight...Stupid birds..

$5 for the cockerels $15 for the pullet at one to two weeks old

Myrons eggs havenot hatched yet but if I have spares same prices

More current photo of hen hackles don't show and she's mid molt but hackles are Cream not gold

Hello from Atkinson NH. I am new to BYC and new to raising chickens. I have my first flock of 6 and already addicted, they will be 4 weeks old this weekend. I have been reading a lot of post on BYC trying to learn. I am finishing the coop and hoping to get the girls out of the basement soon.
