This Production Red pullet is about 4 months old. She is eating and drinking as usual. Poop is normal. No sneezing, coughing, wheezing, etc. Except for her eye, she seems to be a very healthy bird. Her eye has gotten gradually worse in the last 1 1/2 weeks. I have had her seperated from the rest of the flock since I first noticed her eye was closed about 1 1/2 weeks ago. The eye was just shut and swollen, not leaking anything not crusty and didn't seem to bother her at all. I removed her from the flock and started Duramycin. I have since discontinued Duramycin because the eye has seemed to worsen. It look like it has puss in it, but being that it is her eye, I don't want to mess with it too much. Any suggestions on what this could be and how I can treat it? Any help is greatly appreciated.

You need to remove the puss from her eye. Try giving her Tylan 50 cattle injectable...it's for respitory illness. Pack the eye with neosporine. Keep an eye on her to see if any other symptoms develope.
