My roosters comb came off and is now completely blind and he wont eat.

Are his eyes still there? If so I might try to save him. If not, I would put him down. His quality of life is going to be pretty poor after a mauling like that. I doubt he's going to make it either way.

I believe in doing everything I can before I put a chicken down. They are pretty tough, and can surprise you sometimes. The comb isn't a big issue. I had a hen lose her comb from a raccoon as well, and is fine. Just make sure it isn't bleeding too much.
Try to get some food in him. If he won't eat chicken food, I would feed him some yogurt.
Baby vitamin drops wouldn't hurt either. (just 2 or 3) I like to use Poly-Vi-Sol for my chickens. Make sure he is apart from the other chickens and in a place that flies won't get to him. I would keep him inside or in an air conditioned area when it gets super hot.

Well, I hope I helped and I hope my reply isn't too late! Please keep us updated!
