This isn’t an emergency, but didn’t know where else to post! Hope I’m in the right place...
We currently have 17 chickens, 14 we hatched ourselves and 3 hens we adopted from a neighbour about a month ago (we don’t know how old they are). One of the hens we named Big Bonnie straight away because she looks so fat.
Anyways, we’ve noticed that Bonnie breathes very heavily, all the time. She acts completely normal otherwise, eats, poops, lays, digs in the dirt, enjoys a nice long dirtbath. But her breathing is slightly concerning- see video here:
Is this something to worry about? Have had chickens for a few years and never had one do this.
