New hen

I have a small flock. Only 3. They are about 13 weeks. One of our chickens is a rooster and we can't have a rooster in our area. I can trade the rooster for a hen, but she is older(already laying) How should we introduce her to our chickens?

I'd say you should watch her very closely to make sure there isn't any picking on. Imo I think introducing her at night when they are sleepy is best. That's how I introduced my chicks to the flock.
