u cant have them they r keepers but once i am done selling all my extra birds in the spring or late fall i want 2 buy a trio of black rosecombs, trio of blue bantam Sumatras, a black bantam frizzle cochin hen, a trio of black cayugas and a pair of mottled Houdans! lol not that much more!

I love rosecombs! In the fall I'm getting a Golden Sebright, a Porcelain D'uccle, and a Modern Game. I don't know what color Modern yet, but my breeder is trying to find me Silver Duckwing or SIlver Blue.

what breeder are u using because i know some amazing sebright and modern breeders that i could get u some. also my sister is buying a trio of red pyle moderns at the next sussex county poultry show in october!

WE HAVE AN EGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been telling the girls I want one for my birthday and they listened (it's next week). Best part is one of my kids found it and thought the easter bunny left it. I'm pretty sure my 5 mon old BO Pretty Girl layed it. She layed this one yesterday and I just called home and low and behold, there was one today too.

The coop is just about finished. We started painting it yesterday and it should be finished this weekend. Do you think she learn to go in the nesting box? She layed this one in her absolute favorite dust bathing spot under the kids climbing fort.

Woo Hoo !! Isn't it the best. I got another egg today also, now I have three laying. You may have to help her learn to use the boxes. I usually keep them locked up till they have layed their eggs then let them out of the run. Use the golf balls to show her. And Happy Birthday!!
