One of everything he had! Haha. One Rhode Island Red, one brahma, one buff irking ton and one black austrolorp. Very cute, and so gentle. Bruce was amazing too, he talked to us for over an hour giving us tips and reassurance that we can handle this. Lol. He said we were overthinking. I'm so glad we met him.

Congrats on the new little flock! That's a great mix of breeds. Jersey chickens is great. We got our first chickens there and they did the same for us. They must have talked to us for an hour about everything. Really nice people.

I wanted to get a chick from him but i really need at least a 3 mon old. I can't keep her separated so i need her to be close in size to the others. I really liked the light brahmas that he has too.

I am in NW NJ (near Hope), so it may be too far from you, but I have several pullets I'd like to sell. They are about 3.5-4 months old. Two SLW's, one black australorp, one naked neck, one gold pencilled hamburg. I don't think I'm leaving anyone out...

The hurricane took out my smaller coop, so right now they are in my main coop and it's too crowded.

Do you guys suggest we do anything besides deworming before I mix the two new friends together? I'm not sure where my girl was from before we got her....

llandry - I am about an hour from Hillsborough.
I should be around next weekend...Saturday after 2 PM would work, or any time on Sunday.

I also have 2-3 Orloff pullets, they are about 7 months old. Not laying yet. They are very pretty, and one is very friendly, but not breeding quality. All of these pullets are housed together, so you wouldn't have to just take girls from one group.

I was thinking $15 each for the Orloffs and would sell a pair of the younger pullets for $15.

If anyone is looking for boys, I also have 2 (pure) ameraucana cockerels. One blue and one black. They are also about 6 months old.

llandry and LilNugget, do you live near each other? Maybe you don't both need to drive up?

i just had to search what orloffs are. i never heard of them! i'm thinking if your australorp. i actually live in point pleasant but the hospital i work for has a location in hillsborough and staff come and go multiple times a day between the two places. i was hoping you were close and a coworker could transport for me.
