I know there are people selling Seramas at the Northeastern Poultry Congress next weekend in Springfield, Mass. It's not that far - probably four hours from you. You can see their offers here:

Mostly pairs and trios, though. It's a really good show - worth the drive. However, if you can't make arrangements for the birds to be held for you, I recommend getting there by around 8 am Saturday to get the best offerings. Seramas are pretty popular right now, having just been accepted into the Standard, so you won't find many good ones unspoken for in the sale area. There's a couple of cheap hotels in the area - we're staying at the Red Roof Inn.
In the future, you should get on the Serama thread, and plan to meet breeders at the shows around us. The closest ones are our own, in Sussex, in May and October, (although we don't get a lot of Seramas there,) Delmarva in March, and the York, PA show. (Don't know the date offhand.)
