Ah where you are from is just over the county border from me. Just gotta pass Atco.

Yea...My dad lives in Atco, Shamong is a nice area I have some friends out their. The Pic A-lilli Inn is the greatest. I go there a lot for the wings and I miss it when I am up here. I miss the flat land Pine Barrens as well

I bought my chicken feed from Agway in Berlin on Cross keys road. However they built a Tractor Supply further down Cross keys road in Sicklerville, they also sell feed

Haven't been to the TSC in Sicklerville, but DH has been to the Agway in Berlin. Doesn't carry near what they have at the feed stores near us and I believe he said they were more expensive as well.

I think Tractor Supply might be cheaper but not 100% sure, but I do know that TS has a lot more stuff than Agway. What feed stores to you go to in your area?

In Tabernacle we go to Allen's, in Medford we go to Kirby's, in Lumberton we go to TSC, and if DH is on way home he sometimes stops in Columbus at Agway.

Hi all, I too live in NJ, Lebanon Twp. in Hunterdon county. I started out with guinea fowl about 6 years ago when I got down to one, I got two chickens to keep him company. My girls are going on 4 now and I'm looking to add two or three more hens. I am always learning and enjoying every moment. My only concern is the pecking order when I add more hens. I know their will be some problems that I hope will be worked out without much fuss. I love taking care of my girls (named Edna & Nellie) and can't wait for warmer weather so that I can spend more time with them. My male guinea (named Spud) is a little bit of a bully with them so I'm hoping having more hens would be over whelming for him and maybe he'll calm down. He's a good boy most of the time.

I was born and raised in Middlesex County, wanted to live on a farm so finally moved to Indiana by my Dad's family! There WAS a farm near us 25 yrs. ago! I did not want to chance moving by Clinton or Flemington and have urban sprawl gobble us up in 20 years! We visit once a year and it seems so crowded! I love where we are now, but do miss some aspects of East Coast life. I just love to look out my window and see nature and wildlife and have my garden and hens.....glad to know there are some chicken people there!

Hi I'm from Lebanon/Whitehouse Station in Hunterdon County.

I'm looking for some young Silkie hens to trade for a few of my 6 month Silver laced Wyandottes if anyone is interested! I'd also be interested in purchasing Silkies if no one wants to trade. Shoot me a PM!

Cindy
