New Layer, having issues

I just got home from work, Fi laid an egg on the roost last night like that one the other time, only this ones shell was hard, but it is light in color almost white, and she lays brown eggs. (I leave at 4:45 so can't check in the morning) Maybe she is coming around/getting better?... I hope so. Thank you for sticking with me, it is very scary when your chickens are not feeling well I don't have liquid calcium on hand, but I do have some tums, may try feeding her that. She was yelling her head off at me today, not sure why, but i'll take that as a sign that she is feeling better!

Weird I wonder what effects egg colour. If I read anything I'll send it your way. Good luck to you and Fi.

Layer feed should be about 3% and with oyster shells available I doubt it's lack of calcium.

Fi seems to have recovered fully, back to her old self, laying her small brown eggs and full of free ranging energy. Not sure what it was, possibly something she ate? Thank you for your help!
